Luton Town Ladies look to continue their FA Cup run
Luton Town Ladies have a chance to reach the third round of the FA Cup for the first time under Rob Burton.
The ladies have made it to the second round of the FA Cup after defeating Harpenden Town Women in the first round 3-0, with 16 year old Gabriella Spillman scoring a brace and Leyah Maddix also netting.
The next challenge for the Ladies in the FA Cup, is Enfield Town.
Luton Town ladies have been very successful in cup competitions as of late, winning both the County Cup and the League Cup last season.
The ladies also have high ambitions in the league this season, with promotion being the goal after narrowly missing out on promotion last season, finishing in second place by 4 points.
This season has also started off very well, with the Ladies currently sitting in 4th place in the table, losing only 1 match in the process. Although it seems to be a difficult task to knock Real Bedford off their perch, who have won all of their 9 games thus far.
The ladies will be full of confidence heading into the game after a convincing 3-0 victory against Haringey Borough Women last Sunday, where Buttigieg, Khan and Wade got the goals.
The game will take place at the QEII stadium on Sunday 26th November, with a 2pm kick off.
If you cannot get down to support the ladies, there will be live updates on their official twitter page @LTLFC_Official .
